Hi, I’m David Fleeton.

I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, where I learned the value of hard work, resilience, and never giving up. I was educated in the Detroit Public School system and am I proud graduate of Mackenzie High School. Today, I’m blessed to be married to an incredible wife who I have known since 6th grade and the proud father of six amazing children. My family has taught me some of life’s greatest lessons about leadership, perseverance, and serving others. My faith is the foundation of who I am and how I lead. It shapes the way I serve others, build relationships, and approach every opportunity to encourage and develop people.

Professionally, I’ve spent my career working from the ground up. My first tech position required me to train and learn the position for free. I have trasitioned from an unpaid trainee, to a field technician, to a classroom and field trainer, to lead service tech, to leading teams, developing people, and helping organizations improve performance in the fire protection and life safety industry. From frontline operations to management, I’ve learned that the greatest investment any organization can make is in its people.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the gym, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or spending quality time with my family. I believe growth isn’t limited to the workplace, it’s a lifelong pursuit that strengthens us physically, mentally, spiritually, and personally.
